The biggest problem that I see with websites today is that even though traffic is delivered on a regular basis it is the conversion that truly matters. Knowing what to say and how to say it is the most important element that you can do to enroll and engage someone who’s coming to your website in a very short period of time and help them build enough curiosity in their own mind to continue reading.
The thing that I want to talk about today is that system called hypnotic marketing. Hypnotic marketing is essentially using words to enroll and engage someone’s interest, build enough curiosity to keep them reading and finally holding their curiosity to the point where they buy something from you.
Let’s talk about three things that you absolutely need to know about hypnotic marketing;
- There are things called hypnotic connectors which essentially get people to feel something. The number one thing that people need to know is how to feel about what it is you do. They make decisions based on feeling and hypnotic connectors are the way that you used to denote that feeling. Some examples are the words; essential, exciting, revolutionary, exclusive, must have’s and so on.
- Also in your writing you have to include words like because. Ask a lot of questions because when you ask a question for example; What you think is the most important thing when it comes to hypnotic copywriting? What I just did was pop the question poking in your mind some curiosity to get you to keep reading. So obviously putting a question and then using the word “because” is a great way to hook somebody’s mind because they listen to what happens after the word because.
- And finally when it comes to hypnotic marketing you need to know that people are completely overwhelmed with their daily tasks. If they come to your website is because they’re looking for something and they don’t have a lot of time to find it. So what you need to do is talk their minds get them into a focused mental state where the only thing that matters to them if the content that’s on the webpage and they’ll read it because you’re giving them something of value and your partner mind where their open to receiving that value.
